But he failed in his effort because water leaked through the holes in the cloth.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The disciple told the Guru, \u201cI could not bring the water with that piece of cloth&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Guru held up the cloth and asked the disciple, \u201cHow was this cloth before and how is it now?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The disciple answered, \u201cIt was dirty then and now it \u00a0is very clean&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Guru said, \u201cOur mind is like this piece of cloth. Daily \u00a0prayers wash away the impurities and keep it clean.
